OPI The One That Got Away And OPI Black Shatter

Here's a swatch of OPI's The One That Got Away from the Katy Perry Collection. I applied two coats:

Before applying Black Shatter, let it completely air dry. One coat of Black Shatter to each nail should be fine. The Black Shatter dries up into a matte finish. It dries up instantly, so I recommend to apply it quickly and make sure to have enough on the brush. Here's a swatch with just one coat of Black Shatter without a top coat:
